Your (Jesse's) evaluation of the needs of our two VWs sent me back to our files to find that, indeed, two VW agencies, one in Bellevue, WA, the other down off Washington Street here in the Coachella Valley, had been slack in recommending certain services -- in our case, transmission fluid changes in both cars (02 Cabrio/05 Passat TDI, diesel) and a close inspection of brake needs in the smaller Cabrio.
