We don't suggest repairs that are not needed and we don't intimidate you into repairs that your vehicle does not require, as has often been the case in California. When we see a problem in your vehicle, long or short term, we let you be aware of it and the possible solutions or ramifications. If the problem is one that can be safely set aside for a time period, we inform you of it so that you can plan for the repair. We're not an anonymous chain or franchise, so you are a person and not a number. In order to protect consumers, the state regulates our industry, though loosely at best. We answer to a power higher than that of the State of California and we treat you and your vehicle with care and integrity. That is why so many of our first-time customers become regulars.

Professional Training:
We hire only skilled technicians to work on your car. But today's automotive technology changes almost daily, and most skilled workers need to constantly update their knowledge. We're proud of our ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified professional technicians. Their continued training, seminars, and hands on workshops help to extend their knowledge and skill. That training is an ongoing process for each and every person on our staff.

Computerized Service Records:
By tracking your vehicle's service history on our computerized management systems, our technicians review prior service and repairs. This system also allows us to send you service reminders that are based on your vehicle's individual service history, which helps you properly maintain your car. We remind you but the ultimate decision is yours.

Computer Diagnostics:
Today's car is a complex collection of systems. We have our own in-house computerized equipment, essential to diagnosing today's computer-controlled engines. But we also share a technical hot-line and computerized specification source through Tech-net professionals. The cost of setting up these resources, and providing the training to use them, was a significant investment. We made it so that we can give you the best and quickest service at the most reasonable cost.

Our profession is maintaining and repairing your car and we live by this guideline. Yet our real business is keeping you on the road in a safe, reliable vehicle. We care about your safety and we want you to keep coming back but not because the job was not done correctly the first time! Yes, some problems are more difficult to diagnose than others and some will require more attention and time to find. No, we are not perfect but we make every effort to be as close as you can get in our business. However, our recalls are few and far between and when we do have them, we cheerfully strive to correct the situation that caused the problem.
