We have decided to take actual questions from our website visitors and our customers in the shop and answer them for those that asked and for others. These, or similar questions, are often asked of us and though I have attempted to answer them in a non-technical manner, the information is useful and beneficial to all car owners. This list will continue to grow as time goes on. As one person, I don't know all of the answers but I can certainly find them out if I don't. My information is from personal experience, ongoing technical training (ASE and others) in the automotive field, consultation with others in the shop and from our technical information sources provided by Mitchell and AllData, among others. Without actually seeing the vehicle in question, the answers are to the best on my ability but should not be taken as biblical.
